For an equipment inquiry, include:
- Your city or ZIP code
- The types and approximate number of items
- Whether the devices work
- Photos, if they help explain what you have
- Whether any devices contain storage drives
- Any business security, compliance, or certificate requirements

Pickup arrangements
By appointment only
Once launched, every visit will require a confirmed appointment and a pickup fee. Secure sanitization requirements, certificates of data sanitization, and any additional charges will be agreed in advance. No drop-off location or walk-in hours.
